Annealing

1. Whether to anneal, the annealing method and temperature shall meet the requirements of the production order;

a. Copper tubes are annealed using oxygen welding flame at a temperature of around 400 ℃, with a dark red annealing color;

b. Carbon steel pipes and stainless steel pipes use local annealing machines. The temperature of carbon steel pipes is around 500 ℃, and the annealing color is medium red. The temperature of stainless steel pipes is around 700 ℃, and the annealing color is slightly white.

When annealing in an electric furnace, the pipes should be placed evenly in layers inside the furnace, and uneven annealing should not be caused by overcrowding.

1. Cut the exposed length of the lead out rod according to the production order requirements, grind off the damaged thread by chamfering the cut, and chamfer 0.5 × 45 ° to ensure that the matching thread can be smoothly screwed in;

2. Bend the pipe according to the diagram or sample, and there should be no obvious mechanical scratches or local expansion on the appearance of the pipe. There should be no wrinkles, bumps, or other phenomena at the bend;

3. When the bending radius is less than 3 times the pipe diameter and not annealed, it should be ensured that the direction of the pipe weld is facing inward at point R (not easily broken);

4. Self inspection is the main focus, with inspectors conducting initial inspections and spot checks. Clamping tools and equipment: pipe bending fixtures, pipe bending machines, hydraulic presses, punching machines, grinding machines, calipers, angle rulers, and measuring tapes.

1. When sealing, follow the production order;

3. Before sealing, check one by one to ensure that the components withstand a voltage of 2000V/1s, without breakdown or flashover, and have infinite insulation;

4. When dripping sealing adhesive, rotate the magnetic plug and press it on, then install the nut and washer;

5. The electric heating element that is sealed twice should follow the operating procedures.

surface treatment

1. Determine whether to perform surface treatment and the type of surface treatment according to the production order;

2. It is required that the coating layer be uniform, smooth, and free of bubbles, peeling, and local accumulation;

3. Do not damage (corrode) the lead out rod during acid washing;

4. Pre clean the surface to be treated. Especially glue, oxidation spots, etc.

Final inspection

1. Insulation: Infinite, lasting for 10 seconds;

2. Voltage resistance: above 16 and within 4 meters of length, 3000V/10s; Within a length of 4 meters, 2000V/10s for a length of 10 to 8; Within a length of 2 meters with a diameter of 6.5, 1800V/10s; No breakdown flashover phenomenon

3. Cold resistance: meets the requirements of the production order;

4. Appearance inspection, geometric shape and size should meet product requirements;

5. Leakage current: 5% of each batch shall be sampled for inspection; Leakage current less than 0.5mA;
