1. External cooling method is the earliest application method, which generates uniform cooling air around the ring by releasing cooling air on a circular ring along the extrusion direction and the outer surface of the film bubble under the action of a cooling ring. Inside the cooling ring, the air at the upper opening is expelled at a faster average velocity relative to the air at the lower opening. The shape of the membrane bubble is ensured to be consistent with the air cooling ring, which increases the average flow velocity of the air and thus improves heat transfer.
2. Internal cooling is achieved by directly dissipating heat through membrane bubbles. Due to the relatively low and irregular flow velocity of air inside the membrane bubble, external cooling has an advantage. During the blow molding process of the film blowing machine, in order to ensure the quality of the film product, it is necessary to consider the stability of the film bubbles before the film is formed, in order to effectively control the product qualification rate. The production of blown film by a blown film machine is not only limited by the presence of film bubbles, but also takes into account the cooling system of the blown film machine. A complete cooling system requires a reasonable configuration and stability of the blown film machine. Textile and other materials are mainly determined based on actual needs.
