Is there a significant cost difference between rapid calibration and standard calibration?

After the prior emphasis on the time difference between the rapid calibration and the standard full-point calibration of hot runner temperature monitoring systems, the cost difference between the two is significant:

Fast calibration simply includes PID self-tuning and core point comparison, and is usually performed by in-house maintenance people. There is essentially no extra outsourcing cost, only a little amount of labor costs.

If you hire a third party to do a standard full-point calibration, it will cost several hundred to several thousand RMB for each device, far more expensive than quick calibration.

The pricing variance is mostly due to the content of the service, the number of points and whether compliance calibration paperwork is required.
