Judgment of short circuit between compressor casing and ground during maintenance of electric air conditioning scroll compressor for new energy vehicles

Electric air conditioning scroll compressor casing grounding refers to the damage of the internal wiring insulation layer of the winding line and the collision with the compressor casing, forming a short circuit. This will cause a high current fault and the air conditioning compressor will not operate. The method of checking the grounding of the collision shell can also use the resistance range of a multimeter. Adjust the zero point first, and then firmly hold one pen against the common point, with the other pen tightly attached to the exposed metal part of the compressor process pipe, or take a small piece of the paint off the housing plate for measurement. If the resistance value is very small, it can be determined that the winding or internal wiring is grounded against the shell.
Set the multimeter to R × First gear, then zero, connect the probe to the terminals of any two windings, and measure the resistance. If the winding value is infinite (∞), that is, there is no conduction between the terminals of the two windings, it can be determined that the winding is open circuit.
