The electric heating tube of the rubber vacuum vulcanizer is an electric heating element specially designed for the electric flat vulcanizer. The rubber vacuum vulcanizing machine is the main vulcanizing equipment for rubber products, and the surface temperature difference of its hot plate is the main performance index of the rubber vacuum vulcanizing machine. There are two main reasons for the large temperature difference on the surface of the hot plate: 1. The influence of external ambient temperature; 2. Therefore, the key to solve the problem of the temperature difference on the hot plate surface of the electric flat vulcanizer is to find out the relationship between the small temperature difference and the spacing of the electric heating tubes.
The electric heating tube of the rubber vacuum vulcanizer is mainly used for heating the vulcanizer template. It is made of stainless steel pipe, which is divided into stainless steel single-head pipe and double-head pipe. According to the high surface temperature of the pipeline under the working condition, as well as the requirements of thermal insulation and leakage current, the internal design uses high-temperature magnesium oxide powder and anti-oxidation heating wire, selects high-temperature resistant stainless steel pipe, fully considers the installation and use environment, and carries out special treatment for the sealing requirements of the components to meet the customer's requirements for the safety and service life of the equipment heating elements. The technical parameters of vulcanized electric heating tube mainly include: the working voltage of vulcanized single-wool electric heating tube is 220 (V) or 380 (V), and the use power is determined according to the use temperature of the template. Common pipe diameters include 14mm, 16mm, 18mm, etc., and the material can be SUS304 seamless pipe. The curing condition is that the template is heated, the surface is polished and blackened, the seal is made of glass seal, epoxy resin and glue, and the electrical performance is that the insulation value is greater than 50m Ω after long-term storage, and the leakage current is less than 0.5mA.
The main technical requirements of the rubber vacuum vulcanizer: the operating temperature is generally 180-200 ℃, and the surface load of the conventional electric heating tube is 3-7w/cm2 to ensure that the surface temperature of the plate vulcanizer template is uniform, and the spacing of the template holes is reasonably arranged, so as to control the temperature difference on the hot plate surface within a small range. At the same time, considering the convenience of the installation and use of the electric heating pipe, the star connection mode is generally adopted.
