Low-cost metal thermocouple

Cheap metal thermocouples are a type of thermocouples called relative to precious metal thermocouples, and their main components are nickel-based alloys, etc.
Generally, there are the following types of graduations: K J T E N
1. Nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon (nickel-aluminum) thermocouple (grading number is K)
It is a base metal thermocouple with strong oxidation resistance and can measure temperatures from 0 to 1300°C.
The relationship between thermoelectric potential and temperature is approximately linear, the price is cheap, and the thermoelectric potential is large. It is currently the most widely used thermocouple.
2. Copper-copper-nickel thermocouple (grading number is T)
The price is cheap and the operating temperature is -200 to 350°C.
3. Iron-copper-nickel thermocouple (grading number is J)
The price is cheap and suitable for vacuum, oxidation or inert atmosphere. The temperature range is -200 to 700°C.
4. Nickel-chromium-copper-nickel thermocouple (division number E)
It is a newer product with an exposed structure without a protective tube. It is relatively cheap and has the largest thermoelectric potential among commonly used thermocouples. It is suitable for a temperature range of 0 to 800°C.
5. Nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon thermocouple (division number N)
N-type thermocouple can be understood as an upgraded version of K-type thermocouple, with better stability and more expensive price than K-type.
Other performances are similar to K-type.
