1、 The high-pressure pump does not start and cannot generate water
1. Check whether the power is cut off and whether the plug is plugged in.
2. Check whether the low-voltage switch is malfunctioning and cannot be connected to the power supply.
3. Check whether the water pump and transformer are short-circuited or the wiring of the entire machine is incorrectly connected.
4. Check whether the high pressure switch or water level controller fails and cannot be reset.
5. Check whether the computer box is faulty (referring to microcomputer type).
2、 The high-pressure pump works normally, but cannot produce water.
1. The high-pressure pump loses pressure.
2. The water inlet solenoid valve is faulty and cannot be fed (there is no pure water or wastewater) (whether it is connected reversely or not).
3. The pre filter element is clogged (there is no pure water or little wastewater).
4. The check valve fails (with wastewater or without pure water).
5. The automatic flushing solenoid valve fails and cannot be effectively closed (it has been in the flushing state).
6. There is a problem with the computer box and the backwash solenoid valve cannot be turned off (it is always in the flushing state).
7. RO membrane clogged.
3、 The high-pressure pump does not stop.
1. The high-pressure pump pressure is insufficient to reach the high-pressure set pressure.
2. The check valve is blocked and pure water cannot be discharged.
3. High voltage failure, unable to take off.
4. The solenoid valve fails and cannot be opened effectively.
4、 The high-pressure pump stops, but the wastewater does not stop
1. The solenoid valve fails and cannot effectively cut off water.
2. There is a problem with the computer box and the solenoid valve cannot be turned off.
3. The intake solenoid valve is not tightly closed or installed reversely. The return of water from the check valve causes the wastewater to flow continuously, and the wastewater that can flow away is different in two situations: the former is tap water, and the latter is pure water. The water quality is different, and the water quantity is different. The former type is relatively flush, while the latter type has a small flow rate. Due to the non-stop waste water caused by the check valve, the ball valve of the water storage tank can be closed, and the waste water flow can be judged to be stopped.
4. The solenoid valve fails and cannot effectively cut off water (inspection method: close the pressure bucket ball valve. If there is still wastewater, it can be determined that the solenoid valve fails).
5. In another case, close the water inlet solenoid valve and then open it. If the machine is normal, it is judged that the water pressure is too high, causing the solenoid valve to not be flexibly closed. Therefore, consider adjusting the water inlet valve to reduce the water pressure.
6. Check valve pressure relief, waste water is very small, inspection method: Close the intake solenoid valve, if there is still waste water, it can be determined as check valve pressure relief.
5、 After the water is full, the machine repeatedly jumps, with a faster frequency and cannot stop completely.
1. Insufficient raw water pressure.
2. Please replace the check valve for pressure relief.
3. High pressure switch or liquid level switch fails.
4. If there is pressure relief in the system, check whether each component leaks water.
6、 The pressure bucket is full of water, but pure water cannot flow out
1. The pressure in the pressure bucket is discharged.
2. The rear activated carbon is blocked.
3. Check whether the pressure bucket ball valve is damaged.
7、 Insufficient pure water flow
1. The first three filter elements are blocked.
2. The high-pressure pump pressure is insufficient.
3. RO membrane clogged.
4. The wastewater ratio is misadjusted or the wastewater valve is not closed tightly.
5. The rear activated carbon is blocked.
6. Insufficient pressure or internal damage in the pressure bucket.
7. The water temperature is too low.
8. The raw water pressure is too low.
8、 What is the reason for water leakage near the pipeline interface?
1. Check whether the PE pipe head is cut flat.
2. Check that the pipe plug is plugged in place.
3. Check whether the screw cap is tightened.
9、 What is the reason for abnormal noise during the operation of the water turbine?
1. Check whether the check valve is malfunctioning or aging.
2. Check if there is a problem with the quality of the booster pump.
10、 What is the reason why the daily water output of the water turbine cannot meet the requirements?
1. Check whether there is an error in the calculation.
2. Check whether the water pump pressure is in place.
3. Check whether the waste water valve or waste water proportioner is excessively conductive.
4. Check if the water temperature is too low.
11、 There is no concentrated water discharged from the concentrated water pipe, and the TDS value of the purified water produced is the same as that of tap water. Why?
This may occur after the product has just been installed, the water machine has been extensively disassembled, or has been reinstalled. It is possible to connect the water pipe between the high-pressure pump and the RO membrane housing directly to the tee of the rear activated carbon, so that the tap water from the high-pressure pump directly enters the water storage tank. Handling method: Correct replacement.
12、 What is the reason why the machine does not work?
1. Check whether the power is cut off and whether the plug is firmly inserted.
2. Check whether the low-voltage switch wiring plug falls off or fails, causing the power supply contact to fail to return.
3. Check whether the connecting wires of each wiring terminal fall off.
4. Check whether the water pressure of the tap water is too low to cause the low pressure switch to not work.
Handling method:
1. Connect the detached plug.
2. Replace the low pressure switch.
3. Install the loose connecting wire.
13、 The pure water produced has a bad taste or a peculiar smell, why?
1. Check whether the filtration removal effect of the RO membrane decreases or fails.
2. Check whether the pure water and wastewater ends of the RO membrane housing are separated or have cracks.
3. Check whether one end of the RO membrane rubber band is properly sized or damaged.
4. Check whether the effect of post placed activated carbon is effective.
14、 The ratio of pure water to waste water is seriously out of balance.
1. Check whether the flushing solenoid valve is damaged.
2. Check whether the waste water proportioner is blocked or excessively conductive.
3. Check whether the RO membrane is blocked or the removal rate is severely reduced.
15、 The machine is continuously flushed
The waste water is not as tight as the failure or flushing start.
16、 High noise
1. Check whether the raw water pipeline is cut off, causing the booster pump to idle, causing high noise in the pure water machine.
2. Check whether the raw water is normal, and if it is supplied without a tower, whether there is gas in the water.
3. Check whether the booster pump has faults, excessive vibration, friction noise, etc
4. Check whether the water purifier is firmly placed.
5. Check whether the water pipe is too long, and the vibration of the pump causes the water pipe to strike the casing.
6. Check for excessive noise caused by boiling hot water.
7. Check whether the compressor is normal.
17、 Water leakage
1. Check the water path of the pure water machine and find the leakage point.
2. Check whether the small connection leaks water.
3. Check the water dispenser for leaks.
If the leakage is very small and difficult to check, you can use dry tissue paper to test.
18、 Not producing pure water
1. Check the pure water machine pipeline and straighten out the pure water machine pipeline.
2. Check the power supply of the water purifier and connect it to 220V AC power. If the input power supply of the water purifier is normal, check the output voltage of the transformer.
3. Check whether the high-voltage switch or float switch is malfunctioning and cannot jump back.
4. Check whether the water inlet solenoid valve is normal. Unscrew the water outlet of the solenoid valve, connect the power supply, and check whether there is water supply. If there is no water supply, proceed to the next step of testing. Open the raw water ball valve, and detect whether the front filter element of the reverse osmosis membrane is blocked. If there is a blockage, replace it. If there is water supply, the solenoid valve is damaged.
5. Check whether the rear pressure of the booster pump meets the requirements. If it is lower than 0.3 MPa, it needs to be replaced.
6. Open the pure water inlet of the reverse osmosis membrane. If there is no water, the reverse osmosis membrane will be damaged.
7. Check whether the amount of wastewater discharged is too large, resulting in an imbalance in the proportion of pure and wastewater.
8. Check whether the rear activated carbon filter element is blocked.
19、 TDS value too high
1. Firstly, the TDS value of raw water is detected, and the R/O membrane desalination rate is about 96%.
2. If it is a newly replaced reverse osmosis membrane, it needs to run for 20 minutes before measuring.
3. Confirm whether the storage time of purified water in the water storage tank is too long.
4. If the rear activated carbon is newly replaced, it also needs to be rinsed.
5. When measuring the quality of pure water, please measure it from the pure water inlet of the reverse osmosis membrane.
6. If the desalting rate of the RO membrane is calculated to be lower than 90%, it should be considered whether there is internal leakage. The following treatment can be carried out: Remove the RO film, and there are two small waterproof rubber rings on the left side of the RO film. You can wrap an appropriate amount of raw tape inside these two small rubber rings, and then install the measurement.
7. Whether the removal rate of RO membrane decreases.
8. The pure water port of the RO membrane housing has cracks, and pure water is mixed with wastewater.
9. The high-pressure pump pressure is insufficient.
10. The TDS value of raw water is too high.
11. The pre filter element is not regularly replaced.
12. After eliminating the above reasons, the reverse osmosis membrane can be replaced.
20、 Machine does not stop
1. The high-voltage switch is damaged.
2. The booster pump pressure is insufficient.
3. The check valve is blocked.
4. The computer box control is malfunctioning.
5. The high-pressure pump pressure is insufficient.
6. The pre filter element or RO membrane is blocked.
21、 Water leakage from booster pump
The fixing screws of the booster pump head are loose or the sealing gasket is aged.
22、 When the main engine is started, under the automatic flushing condition, the pump will move and stop from time to time
Caused by insufficient raw water pressure or blockage of the first polypropylene fiber. Please add a press or replace the filter element.
23、 The machine is in a shutdown state, but the waste water flow does not stop
The water inlet solenoid valve cannot be locked. Please disassemble it to check whether there are debris stuck or damaged.
24、 Direct drinking water is not pure
1. The desalting rate of RO membrane decreases or even fails.
2. The pure water and wastewater ends of the RO membrane tube are not strictly separated and there are cracks.
3. One end of the RO membrane rubber band is too small or damaged.
25、 Do not make water, and "whistle whistle" will sound a long alarm
1. Whether the water and electricity are normal.
2. Increase the pump rotation to see if there is wastewater. If there is wastewater, there is no problem with the water inlet system or the drainage system, the check valve is stuck, and there is no pure water flowing out of the faucet; Whether the membrane is scrapped in advance, or has reached its service life, with poor or insufficient water flow; Check whether there is any blockage in other places.
3. If there is no waste water, check whether the intake solenoid valve cannot be opened or the water cannot pass through; In addition, check whether the filter element has been blocked until the replacement deadline.
4. The pump does not rotate and there is no water. Check whether the filter element is blocked and whether the motor is damaged.
5. The pump has no pressure (the pump is also running).
6. The circuit is not OK Check the circuit.
26、 Frequent machine starts
The check valve returns water and the high pressure switch pressure is set too high.

Determine the failure of each component based on its function
1. High pressure switch of pure water machine
Do not shut down when the water is full, and do not start when the water is short.
2. Check valve of pure water machine
Fault 1: The fault shows that the wastewater does not stop and the water quality is good;
Fault 2: The fault shows that the high-pressure pump operates without using pure water;
Fault 3: The fault shows that the check valve core is stuck in purified water, the purified water machine operates normally, and the indicator light is normal, but water is not produced.
3. Water inlet solenoid valve of pure water machine
One of the faults: The fault is characterized by untight shutdown, continuous wastewater flow, poor water quality, and large flow.
Fault 2: The fault shows that the intake solenoid valve cannot be opened and does not allow water to enter, resulting in a failure to produce purified water. The characteristic is that the computer board displays normally, the water pump operates normally, and there is no wastewater.
4. Low pressure switch of pure water machine
Fault 1: The fault shows that the machine does not shut down after stopping the water supply
Fault 2: The fault shows that after water is present, the water pressure is normal, the machine does not start, and the short circuit method is used.
5. Pure water machine flushing solenoid valve
Fault 1: The fault displays as no flushing and the solenoid valve cannot be opened.
Fault 2: The fault is characterized by lax closing, wastewater flowing, high wastewater flow, and a significant decrease in pressure. In severe cases, it may result in no water production.
6. High pressure pump of pure water machine
"The pressure is not enough to produce water normally, and the shutdown pressure of the high-pressure switch cannot be reached without shutdown. Abnormal water production and water quality are also poor.".
7. Pure water machine pressure bucket
One of the faults is that there is no water or little water, and the first is low or no air pressure; First, the water tank leaks and the air nozzle emits water, which cannot be repaired. Replace it
Fault 2: The fault appears as yellow water, causing the PE lining to break, causing direct contact between the water and the steel drum, causing rust, and a bad taste.
8. RO membrane for water purification machine
The removal rate is low, below 90%, abnormal. Over time, with the increase in water consumption, the removal rate and water yield gradually decrease.
9. Filter element of pure water machine
Fault 1: clogging, first stage clogging (green moss, bacteria, sand clogging). The display shows that the water is stopped. The second and third stages are blocked, and there is no waste water or water production. Just like the inlet solenoid valve is not opened, the segmented discharge method is used.
Fault 2: The fault is characterized by a fifth stage blockage, full of water, and no purified water, which is eliminated by stages.
Fault 3: The fault is manifested as a failure of the filter element, which affects the service life and effectiveness of various components of the machine.
