Maintenance requirements for central auxiliary electric heater

The auxiliary electric heating device of the air conditioning system is combined with the central air conditioning system to form a joint whole. Before the central air conditioning system operates, the circulating water can be heated to increase the temperature of the water. During and before the operation of the air conditioning system, the heating effect and working efficiency of the air conditioning system are increased, thereby improving the efficiency of the air conditioning system during operation.
1. During use, the system should maintain sufficient water pressure to ensure that all electric heating pipes are immersed in flowing water, in order to avoid dry burning due to water shortage and damage to the electric heating pipes.
2. Working pressure: not greater than 1.1 times the rated value, and the casing should be effectively grounded.
3. When not in use in winter, drain the remaining water from the cylinder to avoid freezing and damaging it.
4. Working medium: Clean flowing water that is not prone to scaling, corrosion, and impurities.
5. When not in use for a long time, the power and water sources should be turned off, and the remaining water inside the cylinder should be drained.
6. Before use, the water valve should be opened first to ensure that the cylinder is filled with water medium and the pressure is not greater than the working pressure before being electrified for heating.
