During operation, you should not wear too loose clothes, and long hair should be tied up to avoid being caught by the machine. The height of the upper blade can be adjusted by the upper blade height adjustment knob according to the thickness of the circuit board. Confirm that the parts on the circuit board will not collide with the machine body and the blade. The relevant dimensions on the machine are shown in the figure. The height of the parts on the circuit board should not exceed the range shown in the figure. If the parts on the circuit board touch the blade, you can contact our company to make special processing on the blade to avoid cutting the parts.

Before using the PCB splitter, check the items in the packaging box, including the following parts: main unit, manual, power cord, and hexagonal wrench for adjustment. After confirming that the power supply voltage is correct, you can turn on the machine. According to the height of the parts on the circuit board, adjust the tray to the appropriate height and tighten it with the hexagonal wrench attached to the machine. To prevent static electricity from damaging the parts on the circuit board, the machine should be reliably grounded. If the ground wire in the power socket is reliable and effective, the PCB splitter is reliably grounded when it is powered on. Remove the machine packaging bag, place the machine on a flat and solid workbench, and wipe off the anti-rust grease on the machine blade.
