1. The feeding plate is stuck in the feeding process: this situation is a headache. From experience, if the length of the preform (embryo) is larger than the length of the long cut, then this phenomenon is less.
2. No feeding at the feeding position: several conditions need to be checked: 1) Whether the hopper is empty now, if yes: it needs to be fed at a faster speed; 2) If not: please check whether the control contactor of the hoist is powered on. If it is powered on, check whether the motor is powered on and loaded as soon as possible, because it is likely that the lifting belt is jammed by the preform (embryo). At this time, the simple method is to assist the lifting manually; 3) If the control contactor of the elevator is not powered on, please check the bottle embryo to see if the electric eye is not in the same line with the reflector.
3. Is the bottle always pinching the position of the manipulator misaligned.
4. The bottle cannot be removed from the mold after being blown.
First of all, the mold should be opened and closed manually. If it is normal, it should be operated under idling condition, if it is also normal.
Please check your exhaust time setting. If the exhaust setting is normal and the problem is only one bottle blowing at a time, it can be judged that the problem is the exhaust valve. Please open the exhaust valve to check the condition of its tension springs and seals (another phenomenon of this kind of problem is that the exhaust noise is relatively large or there is a noise that cannot be discharged).
If you encounter the situation that many molds can not be opened under normal production conditions, please check whether the locking pin has a broken screw in it, and check whether the locking force is too large. If it is too large, you should adjust it according to the standard.
5. Two manipulators collide with each other: this situation requires manual reset of the manipulator from the beginning, which is caused by dislocation.
