Plastic processing and three-state plastic extrusion machine

Plastic glass can be cut and processed. It can be stretched during high elasticity, such as brushed textile, tube extrusion, blow molding and thermoforming. It can be coated, rotomolded and injection molded in the viscous state.

When the temperature is higher than the viscous flow state, the plastic will be thermally decomposed, and when the temperature is lower than the glass state, the plastic will be embrittled. When the plastic temperature tends to be higher than the viscous flow state or lower than the glass state, the thermoplastics tend to be seriously deteriorated and destroyed, so these two temperature regions should be avoided when processing or using plastic products.
