Polyethylene metallocene catalyst for vacuum forming machine
Leave a message
In the early days, metallocene catalysts were only used for ethylene polymerization to obtain waxes with a molecular weight of 20,000 to 30,000, and the catalytic activity was not high and had no practical significance, so it did not attract attention and promotion. Until 1980, Professor Kaminsky of the University of Hamburg, Germany found that the co-catalyst of zirconium dioctopyl chloride (CP2ZrCl2) and methylaluminoxane (MAO) was used for ethylene polymerization in toluene solution, and the catalyst activity was as high as 106g-PE/g-Zr , the reaction rate is comparable to that of an enzyme reaction. MAO is a high degree of oligomerization methylaluminoxane synthesized from dimethylaluminum and water under conditions outside the polymerization system. Professor Kaminsky's discovery has injected vitality into metallocene catalyst research, attracted many companies to participate in development and research, and made considerable progress. In 1991, Exxon Company of the United States first realized metallocene catalyst for industrial production of polyolefin, and produced the first batch of metallocene polyethylene (mPE), whose trade name is "Exact".
