Often used as a boiler heater, tank heater, mold temperature machine heater, etc., it is widely used for heating tank equipment in electronics, plastics, chemical, and environmental engineering.
Precautions for using flange type stainless steel electric heaters:
1. Do not install it randomly at high humidity air supply outlets. Installing it at high humidity air supply outlets can easily damp the heating pipes, reduce insulation, and may cause risks such as leakage and electric shock;
2. Do not use the electric heating tube in a heating container that is short of water or contaminated with sediment. Heating the electric heating tube in a liquid with a high amount of impurities can easily cause damage to the heating tube due to surface scaling and the inability to dissipate the heat generated in a timely manner. At the same time, it is also necessary to ensure that the heating liquid does not fall below the normal liquid level standard, otherwise it may also cause damage to the heating tube, fire, and other hazards;
3. Do not use unstable containers. Before installing the heater, ensure that the container is placed smoothly before installing and securing it. Because containers placed unevenly are prone to overturning and dumping liquids, resulting in dry burning of the heating pipes, as well as risks such as fire and electric shock;
4. Do not pile up heavy objects on the power line. When the power line is long, it should be checked in a timely manner to see if there are any objects squeezed by heavy objects. If any are found, the objects should be evacuated in a timely manner. Due to prolonged squeezing and friction, the outer skin of the wire may be damaged, causing danger such as leakage, electric shock, and even fire;
5. Do not modify the heater arbitrarily. Any arbitrary deformation or modification may cause changes to the internal structure of the heater, affect electrical performance, and may cause hazards such as fire, leakage, and electric shock.
