Precautions before starting the blown film machine

Precautions before starting the blown film machine:
1. Check if the installation of the unit is done as required, and ensure that all bolts are securely fastened.
2. Check and tighten the lubricating oil in the gearbox and air compressor, and inspect the lubrication of all mechanical transmission components.
3. Inspect the power and electrical components, and ensure that all parts are properly grounded.
4. The material cylinder is not filled with plastic, and if it is filled with plastic but the temperature does not meet the requirements, it is prohibited to start.
5. Check that there are no foreign objects in the material and that there are no iron filings or other non compliant materials mixed in the raw materials.
6. The material requirements should be dry, otherwise pre drying should be carried out.
7. Check that the heating system and temperature measurement system of this unit are in good condition.
8. During the startup process, unrelated personnel should leave to prevent local overheating and burning of materials, to prevent belt and mixing drum injuries, and to prevent hair and clothing from being rolled in
