Precautions for high temperature trolley resistance furnace
1. The operator must understand the following points of the trolley furnace before repairing:
A. The structure and performance of the electric furnace and its auxiliary equipment.
B. The layout of power distribution system and control system and the location of safety devices.
C. Operating technology and safety operating procedures.
2. Preparatory work inspection:
A. Check whether the power supply of the equipment is normal, whether there is any open phase, short circuit or bare wire.
B. Check whether the connection of the grounding device is in good condition.
C. Check whether the heating element is damaged, whether the contact of each connection is good, whether there is any contact with the furnace body and the cover.
D. Check whether the temperature control system is abnormal.
E. Check whether the furnace door rises and falls, and the trolley enters and exits normally.
3. Workpieces with corrosive, volatile and explosive gases are strictly prohibited from entering the furnace for processing, so as not to affect the service life of heating elements and refractory materials and cause explosions.
4. The electric furnace must not run over temperature, otherwise the service life of the equipment will be shortened.
5. Workpieces with too much oxide need to be removed before entering the furnace, and they can be brushed off with a wire brush.
6. The workpieces are stacked evenly, and the distance from the heating element should be about 100-150mm.
7. Brutal operation is strictly prohibited, and the workpiece should be handled with care to avoid impact.
8. When the electric furnace is in use, the operator shall not leave the post without authorization, and must pay attention to whether the working condition of the electric furnace is normal at any time.
9. When the electric furnace is loading and unloading workpieces, the heating element power supply must be cut off first to ensure the safety of the operators.
10. Oxide in the furnace (including under the electric furnace wire) should be cleaned frequently, at least once a week or once every five furnaces. Compressed air can be blown under the furnace floor.
11. After the resistance wire is used, it must not be bumped or bent to avoid breaking.
12. Matters needing attention:
A. The electric furnace motor needs to be checked regularly, add lubricating oil, etc., pay attention to the safety of use.
B. The drive shaft sleeve must be checked frequently to add lubricating oil to prevent damage to the shaft sleeve due to lack of oil.
C. Regularly check the use of heating elements.
D. Regularly check the usage of the meter and thermocouple to prevent incorrect temperature measurement caused by the error of the meter and thermocouple.
