Precautions for RTV silicone rubber

Generally, the two components shall be provided and used in different colors, so that the mixing of the two components can be observed intuitively. The mixing process shall be handled carefully to minimize the amount of entrained gas. After the rubber is mixed evenly (uniform color), the bubbles can be removed by standing or decompression (vacuum degree 700 mm Hg). After all the bubbles are discharged, they can be vulcanized into silicone rubber at room temperature or at the specified temperature for a certain time.
