Safety precautions for operation

1. The maximum expansion pressure of the hydraulic expansion pipe machine is 300Mpa, and the commonly used expansion pressure is 180-280Mpa. The expansion speed is 5-7 times/minute.

2. The expansion medium should be clean tap water, preferably pure water. The water inside the expansion joint must meet the set water level and be used at an ambient temperature of 5C 40C

3. When connecting an external power supply, it is important to distinguish between the phase line and the neutral line, and it is strictly prohibited to connect them incorrectly. Otherwise, it may cause the equipment to become live and easily burn the electrical components.

4. The connection between the high-pressure hose and the valve block must be securely installed to prevent it from falling off during high-pressure operation and causing accidents.

5. To avoid accidents caused by the axial fracture of the expansion head and the punching out of the pipe hole during the strength expansion joint of a tubular heat exchange tube, no one is allowed to stand on the other end of the heat exchange tube during the expansion joint process.

Precautions for safe operation of hydraulic expansion pipe machine

1. The operator of the hydraulic expansion pipe machine must undergo training, master the equipment performance and operating techniques before proceeding

2. Before use, check if the power supply voltage meets the requirements. The power supply is three-phase 380V. The equipment should be reliably grounded, and the phase and neutral wires should be accurately connected to the terminal block under the electrical cabinet.

3. Connect and lock the handle to the machine to ensure reliable plug connection.

4. Check that the hydraulic oil should be added to the specified liquid level, and the water level in the bottom water tank should be added above the specified minimum level.

5. Startup and operation procedures

1) Open the cabinet door and connect all circuit breakers inside the cabinet. Press the "Power On" button on the panel, the power indicator light will light up, and the text display will display a welcome screen.

2) Then enter the "Expansion Operation" screen. The "target pressure" in the current screen is the pressure that the user needs to set for expansion joint, which can be directly modified. Press the "ENT" key, the background color of the target pressure value in the text display will turn black, then press the "CLR" key, enter the desired value, and finally press the "ENT" key to confirm the desired value. The setting is completed.

3) Evacuate the air inside the high-pressure hose and expansion head. Operation method: Remove the hydraulic expansion head, with the handle mouth facing upwards, press the "pressure increase" button to discharge the bubbles inside the hose outward. After the hose medium overflows, click the "pressure decrease" button to stop pressurization. After filling the expansion head with medium, install the operating handle and tighten it.

4) Expansion tube operation method: Insert the expansion head into the tube hole that needs to be expanded. When the expansion head is inserted into the expansion position inside the tube, press the pistol switch on the operating handle (release after pressing). At this point, the "boost indicator" indicator light is on, and the machine starts the automatic expansion process. After the expansion pressure reaches the set value, the pressure increase stops and automatically enters the pressure decrease state, with the "pressure decrease indicator" indicator light on. After the voltage reduction is completed, the handle can be pulled out. At this point, the expansion joint of the pipe is completed, the expansion head is removed and inserted into another hole for the next working cycle.
