Precautions for the use of electric rack cartridge heaters

①Do not let the heater burn in the atmosphere. Otherwise, even if only part of the heat-generating part of the heater is exposed to the object to be heated, it may cause disconnection or fire due to abnormal heat generation. ②Please avoid contacting the heater lead wire and insulator with water, etc. Otherwise it may cause leakage or short circuit. ③Remove the oil and grease used to machine the hole in the heated part. Otherwise, it will cause abnormal heat generation due to carbonization. ④ Abnormally short ON-OFF cycle will adversely affect the life of the heater. A PID-controlled controller is recommended. ⑤ The nickel rod at the root of the wire may be broken after being bent several times. ⑥ Do not use a power supply with a rated voltage (V) or higher. ⑦ When removing the heater from the heated object, be sure to cut off the power first. And don't touch the heater that has just been cut off. ⑧The vicinity of the wire outlet should be controlled below 130℃. ⑨ When using a heater with a flange, the temperature near the flange should be controlled below 180°C.

1. When the working voltage (220V) is 3 times, the electric heating element must be connected by star. 2. When the voltage of the power supply line is equal to the working voltage (380V) of the electric heating element, the electric heating element must be connected in a delta connection.
