Precautions to be taken during the use of internal hole heaters

As for electromagnetic induction heaters, everyone is familiar with them. Taking the 5KW inner hole heater as an example, I would like to remind you of the precautions to be taken during use:

1. It can only be used under 220V voltage. Please ensure that the wiring is correct, otherwise the switch power supply, cooling fan, and heating power supply may be burned out due to wiring errors

2. It is strictly prohibited to start the heating equipment without load (the heating head is not placed in the designated inner hole or randomly placed in the corresponding inner hole, or the heating head is not inserted into the aviation base on the side of the control cabinet).

3. The buttons on the control panel are basically set according to the technical agreement when leaving the factory. The default mode for heating and turning on is time mode, and there is basically no need to adjust them during normal use.

4. The device is equipped with an emergency stop button. When an emergency situation occurs, pressing the emergency stop button will stop the heating of the entire device and cannot restart it. Release it to restore normal operation.

5. Do not overheat for a long time to avoid damaging the workpiece and heating head.

Items that are easily affected by magnetic fields should be kept away. For example, items such as pacemakers, hearing aids, magnetic tapes, and magnetic cards should be kept at a safe distance of 2 meters.

7. Due to the large amount of heat generated inside the heating head during heating, excessive heat can cause the variable frequency heating power supply to malfunction. Please ensure that the heating head is connected to the gas source and ventilated before mass production.

8. It is strictly prohibited to remove the heating head from the inner hole of the workpiece during the heating process before the heating time has expired!

9. Please make sure to confirm if the gear is selected before each heating start.

10. The automatic startup mode is time heating mode, with a default heating time of 60 seconds. If you feel that 60 seconds of heating time is not enough, you can set the time used for each heating by pressing the plus or minus sign.
