When we want to inject a certain product into the mold, we first need to inject the melted plastic liquid into the mold under pressure, so that the plastic liquid is evenly distributed within the mold. After the plastic liquid cools down, it forms the desired shape. Open the mold and use a extractor to remove the product. There is a thimble on the extractor, which can be used to remove the product and place it in the product compartment. This completes a product injection molding.
However, in actual production, some plastic particles may remain in the mold due to mechanical collisions or other reasons. If these particles are not removed in a timely manner, they are likely to damage the mold during the next injection production.
To solve this problem, we need to promptly clean the plastic particles in the residual mold. But how do you know when particles are left in the mold?
We can install a real-time monitoring system above the precision injection molding machine. The system takes photos of the two stages of injection molding production through camera sensors, and automatically controls the action of the precision injection molding machine based on the comparison between the captured images and the reference map. This can effectively solve the problem of the mold being easily damaged by residual plastic particles in traditional injection molding production processes.
In addition, the following are also issues that exist in the production of precision injection molding machines
1. The application difficulty of new materials has increased. The new materials used in the production of precision injection molding machines often have high requirements for the temperature, pressure, flow rate and other indicators of the injection molding machine, and are often some new nano materials. To be safely applied in the production of injection molding machines, repeated experiments and research are required.
2. The operation technology of precision injection molding machines is not proficient enough. Because the production of precision injection molding machines requires maintaining high precision and stability of the equipment, and the requirements for products are also very strict, it is required for the operators of injection molding machines to have a very high technical level and rich operating experience to prevent operational errors.
3. The sensors and controllers on the injection molding machine have low accuracy, making it difficult to accurately grasp the operation of the entire injection molding machine. Although some modern injection molding machines can be directly digitally controlled, this type of equipment is expensive and rarely used in reality. Many injection molding machine production still uses traditional manual control technology.
