This equipment is a periodic heat treatment equipment with a hot air circulation system, with a maximum operating temperature of 120 ℃, for drying and heating treatment of various products.

Introduction to Structure

This equipment is a box type two door double opening structure, and the drying room is designed and manufactured according to explosion-proof requirements.

During operation, the equipment is equipped with finned radiators installed in the air ducts on both sides of the studio. The heat dissipated is blown towards the workpiece by the explosion-proof fan at the top of the box, and then returned by the fan suction port, forming a hot air circulation to ensure temperature uniformity inside the box.

This equipment mainly consists of a box body, a box door, insulation materials, heat dissipation components, a hot air circulation system, and electrical control.

1. Box: The box is composed of a shell skeleton and shell steel plates.

Shell skeleton: The skeleton is a steel structure frame welded with 8 # channel steel, which serves as the support frame for the overall box body. The columns maintain the required working height of the box body, and the shell skeleton maintains the stable operation of the box body under normal conditions. The shell is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel plate welded to the shell skeleton, forming the outer shape of the box. The inner lining is fixed to the inner skeleton with 1.2mm 304 stainless steel plate to form a complete furnace body. The outer shape of the shell is square and supported by columns at a working position at a certain distance from the ground.

2. Box door: The outer shell of the box door is welded and processed into a whole structure with steel plates, and the interior is filled with rock wool as an insulation layer. The box door is equipped with silicone rubber sealing strips around it to prevent heat from overflowing from the box mouth. The box door is manually split open. The door pressure handle adopts a containerized pressure handle, which is easy to operate and has good sealing performance.

3. Insulation material: In order to quickly heat up the oven, save energy consumption, and improve control accuracy, 120mm rock wool is filled between the outer shell and inner lining as the insulation layer. It has the characteristics of light furnace body, small heat storage capacity, and long service life.

4. Heat dissipation element: The heat dissipation element is a finned radiator, which is installed in the air ducts on both sides of the drying room and on the bottom plate of the drying room. When the wind passes through the radiator, heat is carried into the working room. In order to improve the heating speed of the drying room, it is equipped with double row radiators for large-scale heat dissipation, which are made of 304 stainless steel.
