Pusher furnace temperature control system

6.1. The temperature control system uses SCR single-phase voltage regulation to control the temperature of the electric furnace, a total of 4 groups.

6.2. The temperature control instrument is imported (Japan Island Pass) instrument, which has the functions of continuous PID adjustment, output limiting, temperature compensation, over-temperature alarm, and burnout indication.

6.3. SCR modules are used for temperature control components to reduce the volume of the control cabinet.

6.4. Install an ammeter and a voltmeter on the panel of the control cabinet to display the operating status of the temperature zone.

6.5. Temperature measuring element: Use tungsten-rhenium thermocouple (graduation number: WRE5/26, 4 pieces). The thermocouple is installed on the top of the furnace.
