The largest amount of 6063 aluminum is currently used in: architectural aluminum doors and windows, curtain wall frames. In order to ensure that doors and windows, curtain walls have high wind pressure resistance, assembly performance, corrosion resistance and decorative performance, the requirements for the comprehensive performance of aluminum alloy profiles are much higher than other industrial profile standards, and our company uses this high-performance 6063 reinforced aluminum profile.
Within the 6063 aluminum material composition range specified in the national standard GB/T3190, different values ​​of chemical composition will result in different material properties. When the range of chemical composition is large, the performance difference will fluctuate in a large range, so that the comprehensive performance of the profile will be uncontrollable.

Wide range of uses of 6063 aluminum:
1. Application of plates and strips is widely used in decoration, packaging, construction, transportation, electronics, aviation, aerospace, weapons and other industries.
2. Aluminum for aerospace is used to make aircraft skins, fuselage frames, beams, rotors, propellers, fuel tanks, wall panels and landing gear struts, as well as rocket forging rings, spacecraft wall panels, etc.

2. The heat dissipation performance is 8% higher than other ordinary aluminum materials. 3. The thermal expansion coefficient of 6063 aluminum is smaller than that of ordinary aluminum. In the same high-temperature working environment, the size of our products changes less. When fixed on the circuit board, it can better protect other electronic components and circuit boards.
