Quality Management System for Electric Heating Tubes

Quality Management System for Electric Heating Tubes

The quality management system consists of three major systems: quality assurance system, process assurance system, and inspection system.

1. In order to ensure quality, a quality assurance system diagram or other forms can be used to specifically describe the daily management from the production preparation stage to the electroplating product shipment stage, when and which department does what work. Establish an internal quality monitoring and improvement mechanism, strengthen the management of abnormal occurrences, and formulate and implement corrective and preventive measures.

2. Establish the correct concept of survival based on quality, and production personnel follow the quality principle of "not accepting unqualified products, not producing unqualified products, and not releasing unqualified products". At the same time, use simple inspection methods to conscientiously carry out self inspection and mutual inspection work. For example:

Aluminum and aluminum alloy anodizing films can be inspected using the following simple methods.

① Observe colors. The surface of pure aluminum that has generated an oxide film is milky white, while cast aluminum and miscellaneous aluminum are gray black. The surface without generating an oxide film is transparent and bright white, and some surfaces are also covered with pink or grayish black frost.

② Measure resistance. The detection of the generated oxide film has resistance and is non-conductive at atmospheric pressure. Conductive when detecting without generating an oxide film.

③ Scratches. The surface of the oxide film that has been generated is very hard, and it slips without scratches when scratched with a needle. The surface without generating an oxide film is very soft, and there is resistance and scratches when using a needle.

④ Listen to the sound. A crisp sound occurs when the oxide film has been formed. There is a muffled sound when tapping without generating an oxide film.

⑤ Coloring inspection. The generated oxide film can quickly dye in dye solution. Those that do not form an oxide film do not dye in dyes.

3. The inspection system includes the following 6 aspects:

① Setting of checkpoints;

② Preparation and revision of inspection work guidelines;

③ Adjustment of inspection level;

④ Implementation and recording of inspections;

⑤ Product management and identification;

⑥ Management of measuring instruments.
