The heating element adopts strip-shaped electric heating elements, which are respectively arranged on both sides of the furnace, and the material is 0Cr25AL5 alloy wire, which has a long service life.

The lifting mechanism is composed of a hoist, a loading frame, a lifting hinge, a rolling wheel, etc. The winch is installed on the side of the base frame, adopts a low-speed ratio reducer, and has a self-locking device, which can ensure that the loading frame stays at any position and decelerates to run, preventing the loading frame from quickly hitting the quenching tank when it is lowered. The loading frame is made of section steel according to user requirements. The lifting device frame adopts steel cable towing.
