Oil heating with a designed power of 1-2KW per meter;
Air heating with a designed power of 1-1.5KW per meter;
The power design exceeds the above standards, and the more severe the deviation, the greater the possibility of the electric heating tube being burned out. We strictly choose the appropriate one.
2, Wrong material selection
1. Material selection during liquid heating;
Heat ordinary tap water and purified water, and use stainless steel 304 material normally;
Heating liquids or drinking water with weak acidity or alkalinity is recommended to use stainless steel 316 material;

2. Material selection during air heating:
The working temperature is between 100-300 degrees, and it is recommended to use stainless steel 304 material.
The working temperature is between 400-500 degrees, and it is recommended to use stainless steel 321 material.
The working temperature is between 600-700 degrees, and it is recommended to use stainless steel material 310S.
For working temperatures between 700 ° C and 800 ° C, it is recommended to use imported Ingrid materials.
So the incorrect selection of material for electric heating tubes is also the main reason why electric heating tubes are prone to burning out.
