In addition, in the operation of ultrasonic welding machines, the product cannot control the range of dimensional tolerances due to the following five reasons:

3. Incorrect positioning of fixtures or unstable load-bearing capacity
4. Under the action of ultrasound, the expansion and transfer of kinetic energy cannot interact with each other

If there is a significant difference in dimensions before and after welding, the issue of mold fastening should be considered. Generally speaking, people believe that the total length and width after welding are increased due to loose tool bases, while the total length and width after welding are shortened due to tool bases being too tight.
In addition, reducing the working pressure of ultrasonic molds too much can also exacerbate deformation. So, regardless of the type of deformation, it is necessary to reduce the welding pressure to an appropriate value. If the size after welding is too large, it is necessary to stick some thin tin foil on the tool base to maintain accurate positioning. If the size after welding is too small, it is necessary to tighten the tool and not grind it loose. Thick film cannot be welded during welding.
