6. When constructing new electrical equipment, it is necessary to first consider whether it can be overloaded, and it is strictly prohibited to install it at will.

7. Do not connect temporary electrical equipment or temporary lighting circuits to switches.

8. It is prohibited to hang clothes or place various items on wires or electrical equipment.

9. Transformers should be placed in a dry place to avoid dampness. If used on the ground, wooden boards may be necessary. After using the transformer, promptly pull off the power supply and rotate the handle back to zero.

When using electrical equipment, it is necessary to first check whether the electrical switches, motors, and mechanical equipment components are properly placed and whether there are any other debris.

11. It is strictly prohibited to use an iron handle brush to clean the electric switch, and it is also forbidden to use a damp cloth to wipe the electric switch.

12. It is prohibited to place the electric furnace directly on a wooden test bench. The furnace bottom should be covered with refractory bricks, and the furnace bottom should be elevated and used continuously for more than 4 hours.

13. The switch must be closed when working on the door switch, and it can be opened when stopped.

14. For electrical engineering equipment such as muffle furnaces, ovens, and electric heating, after use, the main pointer should be turned back to zero and the working power control switch should be turned off.

15. Newly installed electrical equipment must be accompanied by product manuals and certificates of conformity with the equipment, and submitted to electrical personnel for inspection, and installed and used in accordance with the methods specified in the manual.

16. Electrical equipment should be used according to the specific situation of each position. For example, explosion-proof facilities may be required in explosion-proof areas, and fully enclosed equipment may be required for corrosive gases.

17. The management of electrical control rotating equipment may require a dedicated person to be responsible for system maintenance, upkeep, lubrication, and regular maintenance.

18. The following electrical equipment shall not be used in areas with explosive gases, such as knife switches in electric ovens, lights without explosion-proof covers, and electrical equipment with brushes.

19. When using a self unifying transformer, please note:

(1) Before use, set the pointer to zero, then plug it into the power plug and check the output point with an electric pen. If there is voltage, unplug the plug, change direction, and then reconnect (except for two live wires). The correct wiring is shown in the diagram:

(2) The power supply voltage is equal to the input voltage. Connect the power supply according to the instructions on the terminal.

(3) Attention should be paid to the transformer power and allowable current, which should not exceed the load.

(4) Rotate and twist the handwheel slowly to avoid damage to the brush structure.

(5) After use, the output voltage should be set to zero and the power should be cut off.

(6) When more than one semiconductor pokes the face with a carbon fine brush, the carbon fine brush should be replaced.
