Blow-molded open containers should be polished at a certain interval during the production process for the hollow parts that need to be highly blown. Use brightener and soft tissue paper to blow mold cavity, wipe hard to make a small amount of brightener enter the mold cavity appearance, and then polish the mold cavity with clean tissue paper until the mirror stops. When polishing, the cotton paper should be replaced frequently to prevent the mold steel from scratching.
After the plastic mold clamp blade is worn, it should be modified by a skilled molding worker. The shear block at the neck of the mold and the shear sleeve of the suction bar are important components, which must be replaced in real time to keep in good condition. For example, after uneven wear of the cutting edge, the formed container may have neck epilepsy during use.
If the cooling channel of the blow-molded mold of the blow-molding processing factory is blocked or corroded and affects the flow of cooling medium, it should be cleaned immediately.
The guide post and guide sleeve of the mold processed by blow molding must be smooth regularly and replaced at least once a year to align the two molds and improve the life of the mold.
Each time the production is stopped or the inventory of blow molding molds is stopped, the cooling holes of the molds should be blown clean with compressed air. The molds should be coated with protective agent to prevent corrosion. The next blow molding process should be used quietly.
We are a manufacturer of blow molding moulds. Extrusion blow molding is a method of manufacturing hollow thermoplastic parts. Well-known blow molding objects include bottles, barrels, cans, boxes and all containers for packaging food, beverages, cosmetics, drugs and daily necessities. Large blow-molded containers are usually used for packaging of chemical products, smoothing agents and bulk materials. Other blow molded products include balls, bellows and toys. As for the automobile manufacturing industry, the fuel tank, car shock absorber, seat backrest, center bracket, armrest and headrest cover are all blow molded.
For the machinery and furniture manufacturing industry, blow molded parts include shell, door frame, frame, pottery pot or box with an open surface. Blow molding refers to hollow blow molding, which is also called blow molding mold. It is a method to open the hot melt parison in the participating model to blow and expand to form hollow goods based on the gas pressure. It is the third general plastic processing method, and also a plastic molding method that develops quickly. The blow molding mold only needs the female mold. Compared with the injection molding, the installation cost is relatively low, the compliance is relatively strong, and the molding function is excellent, such as low stress, and the product can be molded with a rough curve shape.
