Safe operation of a hot press

1. Note that the operators of the hot press can only work independently after careful training and mastering the equipment performance and operation technology.
2. Before operation, the operator shall clean up all other sundries on the mold, and clean any treated dirt on the hot press rod.
3. The hot press must be installed when the power supply of the mold is turned off. It is forbidden to hit the start button, operate or use the pedal on the pedal.
4. Install the upper and lower molds to the center, adjust the mold clearance, do not allow one side to deviate from the center, and confirm the pressure test after fixing the mold.
5. Before the hot press works, it is necessary to start the equipment to idle for 5 minutes, and check whether the oil level of the oil tank is sufficient, whether the sound of the oil pump is normal, and whether the hydraulic control unit and pipes, joints, and pistons are leaking. 7. Adjust and manage the working environment pressure, but it should not exceed 90% of the rated pressure of other equipment. Test a piece of work piece, and then produce it after one piece is qualified.
8. For different profiles and workpieces of the hot press, the working pressure and pressure of the hot press should be adjusted at any time during the installation and calibration of the hot press, and the number and time of pressure holding should be guaranteed to avoid damage to the mold and workpieces.

10. It is forbidden to knock, stretch, weld, bend, twist and other operations while pressurizing.
11. Smoking, welding, cutting and hot work are not allowed around the hot press, and flammable and explosive materials are not allowed to be stored. Do a good job in design fire prevention management measures.
12. After the hot press is completed, cut off the power supply, wipe and test the hydraulic rod of the hot press, add lubricating oil, clean the mold and workpiece, and place them in order.
