Calculation method of resistance furnace

 

The theoretical calculation method, the main parameters are output, temperature, and heating time.

There are three commonly used empirical calculation methods: calculating power based on furnace volume and working temperature, or calculating power based on the inner surface area and working temperature of the furnace, or calculating power based on the analogy of furnace output of the same variety. Generally, the power is calculated by one method, and the other or two methods are used to check the calculation and make corrections. After the power is determined, the power is distributed according to the partition of the resistance furnace, the form of the heating element is selected, the material is selected, and its parameters are calculated, including cold resistance, power supply voltage, wire diameter, and length. The specific selection of materials should consider the material's oxidation resistance, high temperature resistance, carburization resistance, processability, surface load, etc. The surface load of the belt heating element is a little larger than that of the filament heating element, which can increase by up to 50℅.

 

1. Before driving, check that there are no obstacles on the track. The wire rope, hoist, supporting wheel, and small supporting car must be in good condition and lubricated according to the regulations.

2. Drivers must follow the instructions of the furnace installation operator and cooperate closely. Place the spent material at the bottom of the furnace, and use a steel ruler to insert three points (both ends and the middle), and check according to the specified size. The spent material at the four corners of the furnace head should be fully stepped on to prevent the salt from burning the wall.

3. The position of the furnace core must be determined accurately. The reaction box must be hung vertically, with a moderate height, and placed correctly. Keep an equal distance between the two rows of boxes. Ensure that the width of the furnace core is accurate. Fill the gaps between the four corners of the reaction box and the end wall with paper.

4. When hoisting the reaction box, the crane should be instructed to straighten its position and lift it vertically. After all the boxes are pulled out, the cart can be hoisted away. It is strictly forbidden to hoist the reaction box during operation of the furnace car. When placing the reaction box, place it in order. The furnace assembler should put the removed four-chain hook in the box body to avoid hanging the outer edge of the box body when the hook is hooked up and causing the box body to move its position or the box body to injure the operator.

5. After each batch of charge is put, the hopper closure should be closed tightly. After the charge is loaded, the waste or graphite sprinkled on the end wall tie rods must be cleaned up, the hoist car is parked in a safe position, the top shaft is pressed, covered with a cover, and the installed furnace number and abnormal conditions of the furnace are filled in The process card is sent to the cart group along with the furnace.
