1. 3. Check if the protective device on the pipe bending machine is intact. If it is not installed properly, driving is not allowed. The high-frequency pipe bending machine should have excellent grounding device and electrical equipment insulation layer, and the working voltage should be stable.

4. Start the gasoline pump, is the pressure of the system software maintained within the required range? If it is high, it will damage the hydraulic system and consume the switch power supply. If it is too low, it will endanger work.

5. Adjust the required parts and the required viewing angle.

6. Adjust the sliding rail of the pillar type elevator so that the pressure guide mold can tightly clamp the galvanized pipe before moving forward.

7. All normal operations can be carried out by placing the product workpiece into the bending structure and accurately positioning it by touching the button switch at the front.

During the trial operation of the air switch, check whether the mechanical equipment is running normally and whether the electrical switches are flexible and powerful. After everything is normal, proceed with the work.

10. When two people work at the same time, they should closely cooperate and coordinate in a consistent manner. Specific dedicated personnel should operate the power switch. Do not chat or laugh with others during operation to prevent incorrect operations
