Safety Operation Guidelines for Injection Molding Machines

1. It is prohibited to start the injection molding machine without being familiar with its performance and operation.
2. Before operating the injection molding machine every day, it is necessary for operators to carefully check whether the safety equipment on the machine is normal? Immediately report the situation to the shift leader or relevant management personnel in the workshop.
3. Do not make unauthorized changes or remove machine safety equipment or warning signs.
4. When cleaning molds or other foreign objects, the first step is to stop the motor before proceeding.
5. When the machine is running, do not touch the moving parts of the machine casually. If there is an emergency, immediately press the red button.
6. No one is allowed to stand on the machine unless for special reasons.
7. Production machines are not allowed to be debugged by designated personnel without authorization.
8. The material barrel area is a high-temperature and high-pressure area. When the voltage of the machine is turned on, do not touch the high-temperature area. If the temperature has not reached the set temperature, it is not allowed to turn on the machine for glue melting.
9. When cleaning the material barrel, do not use high-speed and high-pressure glue injection. The operator and nozzle should adhere to appropriate spacing to avoid being burned by the high-temperature molten glue sprayed.
10. When the feeding port of the material barrel is blocked, do not extend your hands or other hard objects into the feeding barrel. Other non-metallic soft objects can be used for cleaning.
11. During production, the injection molding machine must open the front safety door to retrieve products. It is strictly prohibited to open the rear safety door to retrieve products, and it is strictly prohibited to cross the safety door to retrieve products from above the injection molding machine.
