Selection of High Frequency Equipment Types

Selection of High Frequency Equipment Types

(1) Small and medium-sized punching dies, stretching dies, and bending dies should be single row open type presses.

(2) Large and medium-sized stamping molds should use double column or four column high frequency equipment.

(3) Mass production and large-scale active stamping molds should choose high-speed high-frequency equipment or multi station active high-frequency equipment. Large stamping parts with small site but thick data should be stamped using hydraulic presses.

(4) For dry schools and school forms, large double ton equipment or four column surround wave equipment is required.

(5) Double acting or tuned high frequency equipment should be selected for large and medium-sized stretching molds; Cold extrusion molds or precision punching molds should use specialized cold extrusion machines and specialized precision punching machines.

(6) For the punching of porous electronic instruments, it is best to use high-frequency equipment for punching and folding.

The selection of high-frequency equipment should be based on the existing equipment conditions in our factory. Design the mold structure according to the actual situation and equipment conditions as much as possible.

Selection criteria for high frequency equipment standards

(1) The nominal pressure of high-frequency equipment should be greater than 1 of the calculated pressure (mold punching pressure). 2-1. Three times.

(2) The stroke of high-frequency equipment should meet the requirements of the finished product height scale and ensure that the finished product can be smoothly removed from the mold after stamping, especially for bent and drawn parts.

(3) The installation height of high-frequency equipment should be greater than the closing height of the punching die.

(4) The scale of the lower worktable and slider of the high-frequency equipment should be satisfactory for the correct installation of the mold. The scale of the leakage hole should be greater than or capable of passing through the product and waste scale.

(5) The number of strokes (stamping times per minute for the slider) of high-frequency equipment should meet the requirements of productivity and data deformation speed.

(6) The construction of high-frequency equipment should be based on the type of work and the stamping properties of the parts, and special equipment and fixtures should be prepared, such as buffers, ejection equipment, feeding and unloading equipment.

(7) The motor power of high-frequency equipment should be greater than the power required for stamping.

(8) High frequency equipment should ensure convenience and safety in use.
