Close the door directly after cooking, without cleaning or taking care of it
Correct solution: After each cooking is completed, use a sponge or soft cloth to wipe dry the inner container, walls, and sink of the steamer. Open the steamer door and wait for the inner container to dry before closing.
Electric steamers use high-temperature steam to heat food. After cooking, there will be a small amount of condensed water droplets or accumulated water on the walls, bottom condensate tank, steam tray, and shelves of the steamer. A damp environment provides convenience for the growth of mold, and the generation of odors may also contaminate the ingredients for next cooking. So every time you finish cooking, remember to clean and dry the machine in a timely manner.
When cooking, the plate is placed directly at the bottom of the steamer
Correct solution: When steaming food, place the cooking container in the steaming tray and push it onto the inner container shelf. It is recommended to use a perforated steamer to hold the container. Depending on the type and size, the ingredients can also be directly placed in the steaming tray. When using a perforated steamer directly, it is recommended to insert a non perforated steamer at the bottom to collect the dripping juice, which makes it easier to manage.
Cook directly without checking the water volume in the water tank before steaming
Correct solution: Before cooking, the water tank needs to be filled with water, and the remaining water needs to be poured out promptly after cooking is completed.
Steaming dishes and steaming emphasizes "one go". Opening the door and adding water during cooking can affect the steaming effect, especially for temperature sensitive ingredients such as seafood. Opening the door during cooking can greatly reduce the freshness of the dishes. After all, why should things that can be completed in one go be divided into two parts? Also, remember to pour out the remaining water in a timely manner after use. Fresh and pure water steamed vegetables are more delicious.
After the water tank is filled with tap water, it is wet and directly pushed into the card slot
Correct solution: After connecting the water tank to the MAX scale of purified water, dry it with a clean cloth and fully push it into the card slot.
Most regions of China contain a large amount of calcium and magnesium ions in tap water, which can easily cause scale after long-term use. To reduce the impact of scale on the cooking efficiency of the steamer, it is recommended to use pure water. There is a corresponding device between the water tank and the card slot. If there is water accumulation at the bottom of the card slot or it is not fully pushed in, the water tank will have poor contact, and the steamer box will prompt an error and cannot start normally.
After cooking, take the food directly by hand or with a damp cloth
Correct solution: When cooking is just over, the temperature of the dining or steaming plate may be relatively high. It is recommended to use insulated gloves to pick up the food. Avoid gloves getting wet, otherwise heat can quickly pass through the gloves and cause burns.
Directly use a steamer to heat bagged milk, canned goods, etc
Correct solution: When heating food tightly in a closed container at high temperature, it is necessary to cut open the small opening or crack. High temperature heating can increase the pressure inside the container, posing a safety hazard.
After cooking, open the steamer door directly
Correct solution: When Arda steamer is working, it will generate ultra-high temperature steam at 105 ℃, and the temperature inside the chamber is very high. Therefore, after cooking, when picking up food, one should stand on the side. First, open a gap in the door to allow a large amount of steam to overflow, and then open the steamer door significantly to avoid being scalded by steam.
