Electric heating coil_How to extend the life of electric heating tubes
Fin electric heating tubes are made of stainless steel, modified protactinium oxide powder, high resistance electric heating alloy wire, stainless steel heat sink and other materials. They are manufactured through advanced consumer equipment and processes, and strict quality management is carried out. Fin electric heating tubes can be installed in blowing ducts or other places where moving and flowing air is heated.
How to extend the service life of electric heating tubes? Many people want to know, so today I will introduce a few key points to you.
Key points to extend the service life of electric heating tubes:
1. The output power supply of electric heating tubes, the voltage should not exceed 10% of the rated voltage marked on various electric heating tubes. If it is used for a voltage lower than the rated voltage, the heat generated by the electric heating tube will also decrease.
2. Electric heating tubes should be stored in a dry warehouse. If the surface is damp due to temporary placement, use a megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance.
3. After long-term use of electric heating pipes, if thick scale and grease accumulate on the surface, they should be cleaned regularly, otherwise the heating pipe will be heated, the heat transfer function of the electric heating pipe will be reduced, and the heat load on the surface of the pipe will exceed the extra allowable limit and be damaged.
4. Pay special attention to the heating medium when selecting electric heating pipes. The heating pipe shell material should not corrode the heating pipe effect.
5. The heating part of the electric heating pipe should be completely immersed in the heating medium to prevent the heat from being distributed unfast and exceeding the allowable heating temperature of the heating pipe to damage the electric heating pipe. In addition, the wiring lead-out part should be exposed to the insulation layer of the heater or outside the heater so that this part will not be overheated and damaged.
6. When wiring the electric heating pipe terminal, use 2 nuts to tighten it. Do not use excessive force to avoid loosening the lead-out screws and damaging the electric heating pipe.
