1, Built in thermal fuse:

Thermal fuse, also known as temperature fuse. When the working temperature exceeds the rated temperature of the thermal fuse, the thermal fuse can quickly interrupt the circuit to avoid the harm caused by overheating.

Characteristics of thermal fuses:

Cut off the current with a one-time action.

2. The resistance value is low.

3. Small in size.

The working principle of a thermal fuse:

The effective triggering mechanism of a thermal fuse is a non-conductive thermosensitive pill made of a unique formula. At normal operating temperature, the solid thermosensitive ball presses against the spring, keeping the contacts in contact. When reaching a predetermined temperature, the thermosensitive ball will melt, causing the compression spring to relax, and the circuit breaker spring will push the contact away from the contact wire, causing the circuit to be disconnected. 2, Built in small temperature controller:

Inside the electric heating tube, place a small temperature controller. When the temperature reaches a certain level, the circuit of the electric heating tube will automatically disconnect. When the temperature drops, the circuit will be connected and the electric heating tube will work normally.
