The wear-resistant thermistor manufacturer's wear-resistant thermistor consists of wear-resistant head, connecting rod, thread or flange for installation and fixation, junction box, thermal resistance core or thermal resistance wire, and other parts.
Wear resistant thermal resistors are used in industrial sites such as coal powder furnaces, ball mills, and cement plants. They are equipped with armored or high-temperature armored cores and wear-resistant sleeves of different materials and specifications. They have good wear resistance, vibration resistance, and thermal shock resistance. In various harsh environments with varying degrees of wear, the product's service life can be several times longer than ordinary products, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing cost consumption.
The common materials for wear-resistant thermistors are as follows:
1. Wear resistance of metal ceramics: Adopting a recrystallized silicon carbide metal ceramic protective tube, the high temperature can reach 1300 ℃, and it is equipped with K-index or S-index armored core, which is specially suitable for temperature measurement of high temperature and strong wear resistance working conditions such as cement kiln tail and circulating vulcanization bed.
Material composition: SiC;
Operating temperature: 0-1600 ℃.
2. Wear resistance of hot blast stove: Adopting a new type of silicon carbide metal ceramic protective tube, the high temperature can reach 1300 ℃, and the inner core is an S-division or B-division high-temperature armored core, specially suitable for temperature measurement in hot blast stove occasions.
Material composition: SiC;
Operating temperature: 0-1600 ℃.
3. High temperature alloy wear resistance ①: Special heat-resistant and wear-resistant alloy materials are used as the temperature measurement outer protective tube and wear-resistant head, with an armored core body inside. It not only has high corrosion resistance to fly ash particle erosion, but also provides good protection for the inner core body under high temperature conditions. Using flange or threaded connection, it can measure temperature between 0-1200 ℃ for a long time, making it an ideal temperature sensor for use in high-temperature and wear-resistant environments in the metallurgical industry.
Material: K1320 heat-resistant and wear-resistant alloy;
Temperature: 0-1200 ℃.
4. High temperature alloy wear resistance ②: Special heat-resistant and wear-resistant alloy materials are used as temperature measuring outer protective tubes, with armored cores inside, which not only have high corrosion resistance to particle erosion, but also provide good protection for the inner core under high temperature conditions. Using flange or threaded connection, it can measure temperature between 0-1200 ℃ for a long time, making it an ideal temperature sensor for use in high-temperature and wear-resistant environments in the metallurgical industry.
Material: 3YC52 or GH3030 heat-resistant and wear-resistant alloy;
Temperature: 0-1200 ℃.
5. Iron aluminum ceramic protective tube
Iron based materials containing aluminum and cleverly adding A12O3 powder can produce iron aluminum porcelain (TLC) with special gold content. The iron aluminum porcelain alloy is used to make a thermal resistance (resistor) protective tube, which becomes the key component of the iron aluminum porcelain thermal resistance (resistor) - the iron aluminum porcelain protective tube. According to the working temperature, wear condition, medium type, pressure equation, different series of iron aluminum ceramic protective tubes are made.
