Share the characteristics of cast aluminum heaters

Aluminum casting heaters are widely used in plastic machinery, molds, cable machinery, alloy die-casting machines, pipelines, chemicals, rubber, petroleum and other equipment. The cast aluminum heater is made of tubular electric heating elements as the heating element, which are bent into shape and made of metal alloy materials as the shell. It is centrifugally cast into various shapes, such as circular, flat, right angle, air-cooled, water-cooled, etc. After completion, it can tightly bond with the heating element and operate at a temperature between room temperature and 350 ℃.

Instructions for using cast aluminum heaters

1. The working voltage should not exceed 10% of the rated value; The relative humidity of the air should not exceed 95%, and there should be no explosive or corrosive gases.

2. The wiring part should be placed outside the heating layer and insulation layer, and the outer shell should be effectively grounded; Avoid contact with corrosive, explosive media, and moisture; The wiring should be able to withstand the temperature and heating load of the wiring section for a long time; And the wire screws should be tightened to avoid excessive force.

Advantages of cast aluminum heater:

1. Large heat exchange area, fast heat exchange speed, and high efficiency.

2. Long heating time, pipeline heating, long pipeline heating time, more complete heat transfer.

3. Good heat exchange medium, fast heat transfer speed, and fast heat exchange speed.

The water channel and pipeline of the cast aluminum heater are surrounded by the entire pipeline. There is no welded connection, no large area of liquid sealing to prevent corrosion liquid leakage.

5. The heating element is not affected by moisture and the separation of water and electricity.

6. Reduce the thermal load of heating elements, reduce scale, and extend service life.

7. Due to the heat generated by the contacts, the terminals of the heating element should be located in the low-temperature zone of the heating element. Terminals should be dispersed to reduce their own heat and ensure safety.
