Silicone rubber with tropical performance characteristics

Silicone rubber heating belt is a special soft heating belt composed of nickel-chromium alloy wire and insulating material. Performance characteristics:

(1) Alkali-free glass fiber core frame is wrapped with silicone rubber heating tape. The main insulating material is silicone rubber, which has good heat resistance and reliable insulation performance.

(2) It has excellent flexibility and can be directly wrapped around the heating device, with good contact and uniform heating.

(3) During installation, the flat side of the silicone rubber of the electric heating tape should be close to the surface of the pipe and tank through which the working medium passes, and it should be fixed with aluminum tape. In order to reduce heat loss, a thermal insulation layer should be added to the outside of the electric heating tape.

(4) According to the requirements of arbitrary bending and winding of the heating device, small space occupation, and simple and quick installation, the heating body is covered with silicone insulation and tin-copper braiding to prevent mechanical damage.
