Special-shaped honeycomb composite material hydraulic press

A composite structure of plate and shell structure. Its two surfaces are made of very thin plates, and a lighter sandwich layer is sandwiched in the middle. The former is called a surface plate, which requires high strength; the latter is called a sandwich, which requires light weight. In the Second World War, in order to make full use of timber resources, the British "mosquito" bomber adopted an all-wood sandwich structure. Generally sandwich structures are used for wings, tails, fuselages, arrow bodies, arrows, speed bumps, engine nacelles, sound insulation devices, fire barriers, etc. Compared with the thin skin of the thin-walled structure, the thickness of the sandwich panel is much larger, the ability to resist instability is strong, the weight can be reduced, and the surface is smooth, and the aerodynamic shape is good. However, its manufacturing process is complicated and its quality is not easy to inspect, so its application is limited. The materials of the sandwich structure surface plate are aluminum alloy, stainless steel, titanium alloy and various composite materials. Interlayer materials include light wood, foam plastic, etc., and metal or composite materials can also be used to make corrugated interlayer or honeycomb interlayer (see honeycomb structure).
