Structural design principle of industrial heating pipe

1. The influence of thermal expansion and cold contraction, ablation, oxidation, creep, etc. shall be considered in the design of heating pipe to avoid failure due to deformation during normal operation.

2. The internal structure of the heating pipe shall be designed to ensure that the maximum temperature of the materials selected for manufacturing the heating pipe or the maximum temperature that may be encountered in its processing will not be damaged and can still work reliably.

3. The welding structure design of the heating pipe shall comply with the relevant standards. The welding seams of the pressure heating pipe, especially the parts inside the container, shall be as few as possible. The welding seams shall be set to facilitate inspection.

4. The design of heating pipe shell and its accessories under pressure must conform to relevant standards.

5. The heating tube must be sealed.

6. The heating pipe used for heating corrosive media must be made of corrosion-resistant metal pipe or have a protective sleeve to ensure the working life of the heating pipe.

7. When the shell of the heating pipe is made of ordinary steel or other alloy materials with better performance than ordinary steel, its wall thickness shall not be less than 0.35mm. When the shell is made of copper or copper alloy, it must adapt to the harsh working environment according to the corresponding mechanical strength.

8. The bending radius of the heating pipe shall not be less than 2.5 times of the heating pipe diameter.

9. The bending shape of the heating pipe must ensure that the inner end of the lead out rod is on the straight part of the pipe, and the distance from the starting point of the bending shall not be less than 10mm.

10. The direction of two intercepting parts with potential difference greater than 40V in the heating pipe, the gap between the intercepting part and the shell and the thickness of insulation filler shall not be less than 1mm, and the distance between the exposed outgoing line and the shell shall not be less than 1mm.

11. The sectional area of the outlet wire of the heating pipe shall not be less than 7 times of the sectional area of the heating wire.
