Install a fine filter on the main bypass of the heating system to remove suspended carbon particles and high polymers from the heat transfer oil.

The circulation pump equipment is tightly sealed and strictly leaks. If there is a leak, the pump should be stopped for inspection and repaired.

3. The cavitation margin of the circulation pump should be less than that of the circulation system to avoid cavitation during pump operation.

4. The flow rate, head, and related working power of the circulating pump should be matched with the oil consumption of the heating control system and its development resistance reduction requirements.

 

6. The characteristics of the temperature changes of the circulating pump and hot oil are adapted to the gradual heat transfer and heating. Before operating at high temperatures, the heat transfer oil is gradually heated by the system to heat the pump. In addition to using it, attention should also be paid that the pump should not stop working at high temperatures. The system should stop working and wait until the temperature of the hot oil drops below 100 degrees before stopping the pump. When the pump is stopped for a long time, hot oil should be discharged into the pump, and regular inspections should be carried out. The pump should be rotated 18 degrees regularly.
