Structure composition of pipeline heater

A large flow electric heater with air as the medium - air duct electric heater. Its structure, properties, performance and scope of application are shared below. The air duct heater is mainly used to heat the air in the air duct. The specifications are divided into three forms: low temperature, medium temperature and high temperature. It is mainly divided into low, medium and high wind speeds according to the wind speed in the air duct. Its common feature is to support the electric heating pipe and the steel plate to reduce the vibration of the electric heating pipe when the fan is stopped. The junction box is equipped with an over temperature controller.

 

The cold type can be directly installed on the pipeline, while the medium temperature type and the high temperature type have different structures. The 100mm thick insulation material is clamped from the outer wall of the pipeline to the heater junction box, which reduces the external heat dissipation of the whole channel on the one hand and the temperature in the wiring cavity on the other hand. The air duct type electric heater is mainly used to heat the air flow required from the initial temperature to more than 850 ℃.

 

It has been widely used in many scientific research and production laboratories such as aerospace, weapon industry, chemical industry and colleges and universities. The air passage electric heater is especially suitable for the large flow system and accessory test with temperature joint control and mild temperature. Wide range of application: it is applicable to heating of various gases. The hot air produced is dry without moisture, non-conductive, non combustion, non explosion, non chemical corrosion, safe and reliable, and the heating space is heated quickly.

 

The electric heater of the reactor is a temperature control device that converts electric energy into thermal energy by connecting the power supply, heats the heat-transfer oil in the jacket of the reactor, and then transfers the thermal energy to the materials in the reactor, thereby controlling the temperature of the reaction materials. There are two heating methods for the electric heater of heat transfer oil in the furnace. One is to use the flange type tubular electric heating element to be inverted in the jacket of the reaction kettle to heat the heat transfer oil and transfer the heat to the chemical raw materials in the reaction kettle. The tubular electric heating element can also be directly inserted in the reaction kettle or evenly distributed on the reaction kettle wall. This method is internal heating type, with fast heating speed and high efficiency.
