The furnace door structure is reasonable and sealed, and the furnace door does not need to be added; the furnace door is tightly sealed, the opening time is short, the heat loss in the furnace is small, there is no dead corner of slagging refining, convenient operation, and good operating environment.

 

5. Furnace top feeding: convenient feeding, low labor intensity, small furnace temperature fluctuation, long furnace age, and feeding does not take up melting time.

 

6. The use of high-efficiency and energy-saving burners as the heat source has the characteristics of easy ignition, fast heating, high injection rate, safe combustion, and small excess air coefficient.
