The products produced by our company are currently mainly wound resistors, whether it is cement resistors, aluminum shell resistors, corrugated resistors, wound resistors... In fact, they are all wound resistors. They are all wound on substrates of different sizes and shapes. Resistor wires are wound on substrates of different sizes and shapes, and then installed with different required packages, which become products with different shapes such as wound resistors, cement resistors, aluminum shell resistors... The common material in this production process is the resistor wire, and the material of the resistor wire becomes a key link in product quality.
The material of the resistor wire is currently nickel-chromium alloy and iron-chromium-aluminum alloy as the main materials. The materials used by Shenzhen Shida Electronics are: nickel-chromium alloy resistor wire, the price of which is several times that of iron-chromium-aluminum alloy. Main advantages and disadvantages of nickel-chromium electric heating alloy series:
Advantages: High temperature strength is higher than that of iron-chromium-aluminum, not easy to deform under high temperature use, its structure is not easy to change, good plasticity, easy to repair, high emissivity, non-magnetic, strong corrosion resistance, long service life, etc. Disadvantages: Since it is made of relatively scarce nickel metal materials, the price of this alloy product is several times higher than that of iron-chromium-aluminum.
Main advantages and disadvantages of iron-chromium-aluminum alloy series: Advantages: Iron-chromium-aluminum electric heating alloy has a high operating temperature, the maximum operating temperature can reach 1400 degrees (0Cr21A16Nb, 0Cr27A17Mo2, etc.), long service life, high surface load, good oxidation resistance, high resistivity, low price, etc. Disadvantages: Mainly low high temperature strength, with the increase of operating temperature, its plasticity increases, the component is easy to deform, the resistance value changes greatly with the increase of temperature, and it is not easy to bend and repair.
