7. If the heat absorbing coating of the heat collector is damaged or peeled off, it should be repaired in a timely manner. All supports, pipelines, and other solar water heaters are coated with protective paint once a year to prevent rust and corrosion.
8. Prevent suffocation. Stopping the circulation of the circulation system is called suffocation, which will cause the temperature of the Sangxia solar water heater inside the heat collector to rise, damage the coating, deform the insulation layer of the box, break the glass, and other phenomena. The cause of sunburn may be blockage of the circulation pipeline; In the construction loop system of natural circulation solar water heaters, it may also be caused by insufficient supply of plain and cold water, and the water level in the hot water tank is lower than the upper circulation pipe; In a forced circulation system, the water temperature of the solar water heater may be caused by the shutdown of the circulation pump.
9. For all-weather hot water systems equipped with auxiliary heat sources, it is necessary to regularly check whether the auxiliary heat source device and heat exchanger are working properly or not. For auxiliary heat source electric heating pipes, it is necessary to ensure that the leakage protection device works reliably before use, otherwise it cannot be used. For the heat pump solar water heater heating system, it is also necessary to check whether the heat pump compressor and fan work properly, and whether any problems occur in any part should be promptly eliminated.
10. When the winter temperature is lower than 0 ℃, the water in the heat collector should be drained in the flat plate type system; The principle of the safety solar water heater is a forced circulation system equipped with an antifreeze control system function. It is only necessary to start the antifreeze system without emptying the water in the system.
