Of course, in the design and production process, in order to reduce costs, the flange thickness may be changed without affecting the service life. 6. Selection of Pipe Shell Sheath: Metal pipe materials can be coated with anti-corrosion or anti scaling coatings on the surface of the shell, effectively enhancing corrosion resistance and anti scaling performance.

7. Tube shell sheathing process: liquid spraying and electrostatic powder spraying are available for selection. The heating tube coated with electrostatic powder directly solves many problems of PTFE sleeve heating tubes and can be completely replaced, resulting in better results.
