The air electric heater is mainly used to heat the required air flow from the initial temperature to the desired air temperature, with a maximum temperature of 850 ℃. It has been widely applied in many research and production laboratories, such as aerospace, weapons industry, chemical industry, and higher education institutions. The range of use of air electric heaters is wide: they can heat any gas, producing hot air that is dry, free of moisture, chemically corrosive, pollution-free, non-conductive, non combustible, non explosive, safe and reliable, and can quickly (controllably) heat up the heated space.
The air electric heater is a new type of heating equipment specifically designed for the ash removal system of coal-fired power plants. It is suitable for heating the gasification air in the air conveying chute of power plants, heating the gasification air in the ash hopper of electrostatic precipitators, and heating the gasification air in the ash silo. This device consists of two parts: the main body of the air electric heater and the control system. The electric heating tube has good thermal conductivity and insulation, and there is a guide plate inside the heater for even heating. The control cabinet of the air electric heater and the gasification fan have interlocking control function, local control and remote control interface. When the equipment suddenly stops and restarts, the control cabinet can automatically and smoothly adjust.
Installation precautions for air electric heaters
(1) The air electric heater and temperature automatic control cabinet are installed on a foundation pad when leaving the factory. The foundation pad is fixed to the concrete platform with anchor bolts or expansion bolts. On site installation should try to keep the foundation pad level as much as possible.
(2) The installation location of the equipment should be free of corrosive gases, severe dust, strong mechanical vibrations, and strong magnetic fields.
(3) The temperature automatic control cabinet is a fully enclosed structure, and the control cabinet dissipates heat through the cabinet body. The control cabinet should have good ventilation around it. It is prohibited to pile up debris around it and direct sunlight on the cabinet is also prohibited.
(4) The incoming power cable of the control cabinet must be connected to a copper joint and then to a circuit breaker; Connect the neutral wire to the zero busbar. The shell of the electric heater and temperature automatic control cabinet should be reliably grounded. After the on-site installation is completed, any debris that falls during the installation process should be cleaned up, especially the wires that fall on exposed conductive materials inside the cabinet.
(5) Before the installation is completed and the power test is conducted, all fasteners and wiring should be checked for looseness, and the components should be intact. The insulation resistance of the electric heating tube to the ground should also be measured after disconnecting the outgoing circuit breaker.
