According to the specifications and shape requirements of the user's heating element, it is bent into various shapes of cast aluminum, cast copper, and cast iron heating elements. This product is currently the ideal heating product for the plastic industry. This product has the advantage of fast heating up. Uniform heating, good thermal conductivity, long service life, etc. According to user requirements, the normal power of the surface load of the casting heater is 2.5-3.5 W/cm2. The normal power of the surface load of the cast copper cast iron heater is 4.0~6.0 W/cm2. Special specifications can be processed according to user drawings.
C. Tubular electric heating element (metal tubular heater): The metal tubular heater is made of a metal shell (titanium steel, stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, and other metal tubes), with nickel carbide heating wires spirally wound along the middle of the tube. According to the required voltage, power, and resistance of the heater. Magnesium oxide tubes and high-purity batteries with good insulation and thermal conductivity are uniformly distributed in the tube gap, using a series of electric heating machines such as tube shrinking furnaces, hot spot furnaces, drying equipment, hot pressing molding, food machinery, barbecues, household appliances, etc. The normal surface load is 4.0~8.0 W/cm2.
